Do what works for you, no more no less

If very easy to harm yourself with the best intentions.

You have big plans, you start creating projects, subtask, blocked-by lists, tag everything, timebox, time tracking.

You just wanted to make sure your enthusiasm is sustainable by a foundation that can help you get what you want.

For me, this never been the case, because I like planning, making lists, daydream, it all makes me feel organized.

But what I have learned about myself after many failed attempts is that i just end up babysitting an overcomplicated monster, all I need to see is exactly where it should, easy to search and focus on, but that’s not how I work.

I need to see things, visual triggers are very important otherwise what is more visible that’s precedence in my mind, so anything I need to go look for, is bad for me if it’s purpose is to help me take actions

I know for me flat lists I can easily glaze over and reorder works great, I don’t need a great amount of detail, I can use just a word and have it load all related things in my mind without additional structure

Do what works for you, no more no less

It will change depending of the need of structure and different seasons of you life, embrace it
